Job Summary:
Conduct FPI and Xray tests / evaluations for acceptance / rejection of hardware based on approved inspection criteria.

We are recruiting for an NDT Level II (Xray, FPI) (certified will add additional compensation)
Looking to fill any one of our shifts:
1st: (6:00am-2:30pm)
2nd: (2:00pm-10:30pm
3rd shift: (10:00pm-6:30am)
Training will be on 1st shift from 6:00am-2:30pm for 2 months

Experience You Bring To The Table:
· Have skills and knowledge to conduct system performance checks in accordance with the applicable process standard.
· Be capable of providing the necessary guidance and / or supervision to trainee’s and Level I personnel in the technique / method in which they are certified.
· Be familiar with the codes, standards, and other contractual documents that control the method as utilized by TTC.
· Be capable of developing written instructions from approved general procedures, such instructions will require final approval by a Level III.
· Have basic knowledge of product manufacturing and inspection technology.
· Be able to prepare written instructions, organize, report and record testing results.
· When specified in the written practice, have basic knowledge of aircraft or vehicle maintenance.
· Be familiar with the various characteristics of material, such as, type and location of expected defects and type of defects that may be associated with fabrication and production operations.
Physical Requirements:
• Able to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time
• Able to sit at desk for extended periods of time
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Read, Write and Speak English Fluently
