DISC Surgery Center is seeking a [classification] Sterile Processing Tech for our [location] location. This location specializes in Spine, Orthopedic, and Pain management procedures.
In this position, you will:

Maintain instruments and equipment

Prepare instrumentation, equipment, and sterile supplies for scheduled surgical procedures.

Provide patient care to meet identified patient outcomes and achieve the center's goals as directed by the Administrator/Director of Nurses
To ensure success in this role, you should have:

Prior experience as a Sterile Processing Technician

Certification in Sterile Processing

Understanding of sterilization and high-level disinfection technologies, including industry-standardized principles and practices in sterilization and disinfection

Current BCLS Certification

The ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl and lift.
