DISC Surgery Center is seeking a Full-Time Materials Manager/Surgical Technician for our Thousand Oaks, CA location. This location specializes in Spine, Orthopedic, and Pain management procedures.
In this position, you will:

Assists with stocking, replenishing, and preparation of supplies.

Maintain inventory levels, perform scheduled audits, and manage the receipt, distribution, and storage of all supplies and rental equipment.

Ensure outdated, excess, and damaged items are removed or returned promptly.

Follow all safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines related to storage, handling, and distribution of supplies.

Coordinate with vendors and clinical staff to fulfill supply requests, resolve order issues, and communicate shortages or recalls.

Support billing functions by preparing and submitting supply-related documentation accurately and on time.

Assist with onboarding new team members and provide guidance on supply processes.

Maintain organized and clean storage areas, following standards for shelving height and placement.

Participate in inventory counts, cost containment, and identify supply or equipment needs.

Knowledge of inventory systems and supply chain processes

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively
