Leasing Manager – Busy Property in Cypress
Full-Time | Immediate Opening
We’re hiring a Leasing Manager for a fast-paced, high-performing community in Cypress with a proven track record of achieving results!
- Lead and manage the leasing team
- Lease apartments and handle application processing within a timely manner
- Monitor local market trends to keep pricing and promotions competitive
- Manage marketing strategies, especially social media campaigns
- Oversee ILS listings and online presence
- Deliver top-notch customer service
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) – Preferred, but not required
- Previous Leasing Manager experience – Required
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- High attention to detail, fast learner, and hard worker
- Strong communication and people skills
- Experience with ILS platforms (e.g., Apartments.com, etc.)
- Social media management experience – Required
