Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager – Cloud Transformation to lead and oversee complex cloud Migration and modernization programs. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cloud technologies (AWS/Azure), program governance, stakeholder leadership, and successful delivery of large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Leadership & Program Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud migration and transformation programs across multiple enterprise customers.
- Own program planning, risk management, governance, and overall delivery accountability.
- Ensure delivery excellence by defining delivery frameworks, SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
- Drive cross-functional teams (cloud engineering, architecture, security, DevOps, PMO) to achieve program goals.
- Manage multiple concurrent cloud transformation engagements while ensuring timelines, budget, and scope adherence.
Cloud Transformation Oversight
- Oversee assessment, strategy, and execution of cloud migration from on-prem to AWS or Azure.
- Guide teams in designing highly available, scalable, and secure cloud architectures following CAF and Well‑Architected Framework principles.
- Review and validate migration plans, landing zone designs, and modernization roadmaps.
- Support teams in orchestrating OS, database, middleware, and application migrations across complex environments.
- Enable automation practices including CloudFormation, IaC templates, and standardized deployment models.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Act as the senior delivery interface for CXOs, IT heads, and enterprise leaders.
- Build trusted client relationships and ensure alignment between business objectives and delivery outcomes.
- Proactively identify risks, provide mitigation strategies, and deliver executive reporting and dashboards.
Practice Growth & Team Leadership
- Mentor project managers, architects, and cloud engineers for ongoing capability development.
- Contribute to building reusable assets, delivery frameworks, and best practices.
- Support pre‑sales, solutioning, proposal response, and effort estimation for cloud transformation deals.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 15 years of experience in IT delivery, with significant experience managing cloud migration or modernization programs.
- Strong understanding of AWS and/or Azure cloud ecosystems, including VPC, EC2, RDS, Lambda, IAM, Route53, S3, EKS, and related services.
- Proven track record in leading large multi-year migration or cloud adoption programs.
- Expertise in delivery governance, Agile frameworks, and multi-vendor management.
- Hands-on knowledge of migration tools such as AWS Migration Services, Cloud Endure, Cloudamize, etc.
- Strong understanding of Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF), Well-Architected Framework, cloud security, governance, and compliance.
- Experience in managing automations using CloudFormation templates or IaC equivalents.
Certifications preferred:
- AWS Cloud Practitioner or higher
- Scrum Master / PMP / PRINCE2
- Any cloud architecture certification (added advantage)

Compensation & Benefits for Fulltime Hiring
Trianz compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay ranges between $160,000 to $170,000 USD. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
