Overview: The Customer Care Manager is an experienced professional possessing both well-developed accounting and organizational skills. This individual will be a critical member of the Administrative Team and shall be responsible for customer billings, vendor management, job costing, profit and loss (P&L), customer and vendor contracts and is a daily interface with the Sales Team. The Customer Care Manager will work closely with the Accounting Manager, Vice President of Sales and the Network Operations Center Director and reports to the Chief Executive Officer.
Job responsibilities include:
- Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable management
- Contract fulfilment oversight
- Work with the Accounting Manager, Vice President of Sales/Sales Team and CEO to validate and maintain contract accuracy and profitability
- Job costing review and validation and ongoing P&L management of jobs
- Ongoing customer account P&L. Recommendations for enhancement
- Sales commissions validation, recording and reconciliation
- Work with Accounting Manager and CEO to improve cash flow and accountability of internal and external players
- Work with Accounting Manager and Vice President of Sales on vendor invoices for support services – review and approval for processing and payment
- Work directly with Vice President of Sales/Sales Team and Network Operations Center Director to ensure project status payments are secured in advance of phase fulfillment our contract Terms and Conditions
- Manage Accounts Receivable collection process and efforts
Requirements include:
- Accounting degree or significant accounting experience
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
- Experience with cloud-based RMM’s, PSA’s and CRM’s
- Experience with MSP/MSSP’s preferred but not required
- Office365 experience required
- Strong interpersonal skills

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
