Position: Human Services-Program Coordinator
Reports to: Human Services Site Manager
Hours: Full-time/Salaried, M-F, 8am-4:30pm
Location: Broadway Day Services

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervises staff of Community Coordinators (Direct Support Workers) and leads the delivery of community-based employment and activities aligned with Community Based Day/Employment Supports models
- Assists with the training and orientation of new staff for software systems, programming components, and program related logistics
- Coaches staff to provide individualized support and problem solving for participants and their families
- Provides monthly, one-on-one documented supervision with Community Coordinators; enforces attendance and progressive disciplinary procedures as necessary
- Ensures and maintains proper staff to participant ratios; provides direct care as needed
- Along with Site Manager, leads hiring process for Community Coordinators (Direct Support Workers)
- Coordinates with Site Manager and staff to create and implement monthly schedules and employment schedules for program; solicits and provides feedback on a consistent basis to improve quality of services
- Supervises groups of participants in a variety of settings including work sites, volunteer sites, recreational outings, and other community outings
