Patient Service Representative

We are looking for an energetic and dependable full-time Patient Service Associate for our Urology Practice in Durham, NC. Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and patient appointments
• Identify and assess patients' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with patient accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle patient needs by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of patient interactions, process patient accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage patients

Skills Required

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond successfully with patients
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour
