Airbnb Cleaner - Flexible Schedule!

Hours are 10/11am-4pm, you will be expected to work these hours at least 3-4 days per week (Sunday & Monday Required).

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform thorough cleaning of Airbnb properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and common spaces, ensuring high cleanliness and presentation standards.

- Carry out restocking of essential supplies and report any property damage or maintenance needs promptly.

- Utilize efficient cleaning techniques and products to achieve exceptional results within designated timeframes.

- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

- Previous hotel or airbnb experience is preferred but not essential; we provide on-the-job training. If you have hotel cleaning experience, you are especially encouraged to apply!

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required. You will be driving between cleaning jobs.

- Own a smartphone that has the capability to use apps, take photos, and send text/calls.

- Availability to work on Sundays and Mondays, plus at least 2 other days. Schedule is flexible and we're willing to work with your situation.

- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and independently.

- Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive approach to work.

- Ability to commute to one of our offices either in North Raleigh or South Raleigh to pick up supplies and linens, great if you’re close by!

Compensation and Benefits:

- Compensation is commission based, you will be paid per house

- Commission is structured to average $25 per hour, our cleaners are consistently making $20 per hour.

- Flexibility to work around your schedule. Cleanings are between 10-4, perfect for someone with obligations in the mornings and afternoons, such as a parent.

Growth Opportunities:

- Once you have mastered the art of the turnover, you will be eligible to be promoted to Lead Turnover Specialist, which includes a raise and opportunity to make extra money doing inspections behind other team members!

- We pour into our cleaners, you will become very skilled at the craft of Airbnb Turnovers. For those that master it, we will teach you the operations side of the business to prepare you for a management position within the company.
