Injection Mold Press Operator (Set-Up & Processing) – 1st Shift

Triangle Tool LLC is a one-stop, full-service shop based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. At our modern facility, we specialize in building complex plastic injection molds. Our team of experienced designers and highly skilled toolmakers produce tight-tolerance molds while staying focused on quality and the customer.

This is not a production-only role, you’ll be involved in sampling, troubleshooting, and getting molds ready for real-world use.

Qualifications:

· Ability to work in a team-centered environment

· Strong communication skills

· Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities

· Injection mold sampling or processing preferred, but not required

Responsibilities:

· Set up and process new and repaired injection molds

· Start up jobs, dial in processes, and adjust as needed

· Work directly with customers during mold samplings, helping dial in processes and ensuring parts meet expectations

· Monitor machine performance and part quality

· Troubleshoot molding issues and make corrections on the go

Our Equipment:

· 840 Ton 2 shot press (rotating platen)

· 1,100 Ton - 249 oz Injection Molding Press

· 3,000 Ton - 540 oz Injection Molding Press

· 4,400 Ton Co-Injection Molding Press

o Barrel A - 837 oz

o Barrel B - 298 oz
