Kitchen Associate Part Time $16.50/Hour starting pay
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Associate to join our team at Krispy Krunchy Chicken within the Triangle Stop on Upward Road, a fast-paced, high-energy chicken restaurant. As a Kitchen Associate, you will play a key role in preparing our signature chicken dishes and ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook chicken dishes following established recipes and safety standards
Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers, ovens, and grills
Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperature and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing kitchen supplies and ingredients
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and quality
Perform cleaning duties including dishwashing, equipment maintenance, and trash disposal
Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
Previous kitchen or food service experience is a plus but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
