· Review plans, specifications, and site conditions to identify scope, risks, and solutions
· Manage multiple estimates and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
· Collaborate with sales, project managers, and operations to ensure smooth project handoff
· Solve problems proactively and communicate clearly with internal teams and clients
