· College Education is a plus but NOT a requirement!
What does the job entail?
This role at Triangle Pond Management is critical to our overall success. The primary purpose for this position is to ensure that our clients' projects are completed on time and in accordance with the highest standard of quality.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
-Report to the project coordinator daily to receive receive jobs and company updates as needed.
-Repair of stormwater control measures, lakes, and ponds including but not limited to: Erosion repairs, pipe repairs, dredging, sediment removal, turf remediation, grading, dredging, mowing, planting, invasive plant removal, ect...
-Operate a variety of small and large equipment in safe and efficient manner including but not limited to chainsaws, trimmers, blowers, various hand tools, skid steers, excavators, mini-excavators, slope mowers, ect...
-Ensure proper maintenance is performed on all assigned company equipment.
-Read and understand construction drawings, planting plans, surveys, ect...
-Shoot grades onsite as required by projects
-Understand and operate company technology to complete and submit service reports.
-Oversee and track employee hours/material costs to stay within project budgets.
