We're looking for a dependable, motivated individual to help maintain our buildings, grounds, and properties.

What You'll Be Doing:
- General building maintenance and minor repairs.
- Lawn mowing, trimming, landscaping, and grounds upkeep.
- Basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, and other handyman projects.
- Maintaining parking lots, sidewalks, and exterior areas.
- Seasonal work, including leaf cleanup and snow removal.
- Maintaining tools and equipment.
- Occasional landscaping and grounds maintenance at an additional property.
- Identifying problems and taking the initiative to get them fixed.
- Helping with special projects and property improvements.
What We're Looking For: We're more interested in finding the right person than someone with a perfect résumé.
Our ideal candidate is someone who:
- Is dependable and shows up ready to work.
- Can work independently and stay productive without constant supervision.
- Has good mechanical aptitude and enjoys figuring things out.
- Takes pride in keeping buildings and grounds clean and well maintained.
- Is comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.
- Has a positive attitude and works well with others.
- Has a valid driver's license.
- Is willing to learn and tackle new challenges.
Previous maintenance, landscaping, construction, or handyman experience is helpful, but a strong work ethic and good attitude are what matter most.
