Strategy Consultant Interns perform the same role as our full-time Strategy Consultants and are charged with identifying business-critical issues, synthesizing key project findings, and translating those findings into strategic recommendations. Consultants play a key role in client communication and assist in providing guidance to Strategy Analysts.

Anticipated Start Date:

- Executing on day-to-day project activities that are aligned with overall project objectives.
- Synthesizing key findings from research and developing actionable project recommendations.
- Creating client deliverables in PowerPoint and/or Excel format.
- Contributing to the creation of journal articles, conference presentations, and white papers.
- Highly motivated candidates with strong critical thinking skills, keen attention to detail, proficient written and oral communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
- A focus on client service and delivering high-quality work output.
- A commitment to the highest level of integrity and business ethics.
- Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- MBA program enrollment.
- Two years of experience in management consulting OR within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
- A graduate or undergraduate degree in the life sciences is preferred.

- Base Salary – commensurate with qualifications and experience; reviewed for merit-based increases on a semi-annual basis.
