Lead HVAC Installer

Pay: $25 - $35/hr plus incentives (our Installers average an extra $1500 per month in incentives!)

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Installing HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications.
• Designing, fabricating and installing various ducts and duct fittings as required.
• Receiving, verifying, and loading all equipment and materials needed for each job.
• Demonstrating and establishing effective working relationships with co-workers, superiors.
• Properly completing all paperwork required for each job.
• Maintaining cleanliness of assigned company vehicle.
• Maintaining high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Mentoring an apprentice in order to aid in the growth of their skillset
• Performing all tasks and duties in an efficient and safe manner.
• Performing other related duties as assigned or as necessary. Remains flexible and adaptable in work schedules and work assignments as defined by departmental and organizational needs.
• Representing Triangle in a manner that conveys professionalism, confidentiality, courtesy, fairness, personal integrity, and respect for others.

We look for candidates that possess:

• HVAC installation experience
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs, stand, bend, stoop, reach and travel to locations.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to be flexible in work schedule.
• Valid, clean driver’s License.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems
• Hand and power tools

Experience:

• Residential HVAC Install: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• EPA Certification (Preferred)
