What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fire Sprinkler Inspector position at Triangle Fire Protection?
Description:
Full-time (40 hrs/week) position involving inspection of fire sprinkler systems. The candidate must have a good positive attitude, be self-motivated, accurate, detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy.
Job Details:
The inspection of fire sprinkler systems includes but not limited to the ability to perform inspections of fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems in residential and commercial buildings. Inspect, test, and operate systems for established customers on a scheduled basis.
Employee must be willing to travel to jobsites which can range from 30 to 120 miles from your home.
A typical work shift is from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm M-F. At times, applicant will be required to work evenings/weekends with increased pay. Job includes competitive base pay, full health benefits, and retirement investment account.
Pay range from ~$20/hr to $40/hr depending upon experience.
Job Qualifications:
Looking for candidates with a High School diploma, valid driver’s license, and with mechanical experience. However, experience is not required. Background check and drug screen required. If you have experience and knowledge of the Reading/Lancaster region that would be helpful.
Required Job Related Skills:
Candidate must be able to drive a pickup truck and must be experienced in the use of hand tools. Candidate must be able to learn company procedures and must be able to lift up to 80 lb objects at a time.
