Bilingual Inside Sales Representative (Spanish)

The Opportunity

Triangle Fastener Corporation is seeking a local detail-oriented and service-driven Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join our team in our Sales Team in our Ft. Lauderdale, FL at 5600 NW 12th Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for walk-in, phone, and email-based customer inquiries, playing a vital role in ensuring a smooth and successful sales experience. In this position, you’ll support both individual customers and the Outside Sales team—managing quotes, orders, and day-to-day customer service that keeps projects on track and clients coming back. While this is an Associate-level opportunity open to all backgrounds, it is the perfect experience for recent college graduates and sales professionals growing from entry-level sales.

Your Part

As an Inside Sales Representative, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Successful candidates MUST be either fluent or demonstrably conversational in Spanish. 


• Providing timely and accurate customer quotes via phone, email, and in-person inquiries


• Handling walk-in sales and guiding customers through product selections


• Entering and processing orders with precision and speed


• Collaborating with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure stock levels meet demand


• Coordinating delivery schedules and providing updates to customers


• Supporting the Outside Sales team by managing backend processes and customer follow-ups


• Maintaining a clean and professional showroom and promoting featured products


• Addressing and resolving customer issues proactively and professionally


• Preparing and sending product samples, catalogs, and credit applications


• Reviewing open sales reports and ensuring data integrity


• Pulling counter orders as needed to ensure timely customer service


• Working closely with the Branch Operations Manager and other sales staff daily

Skills & Abilities:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite/365


• Strong multitasking and time management skills


• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal


• A collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities


• Ability to learn and operate company software, including CSD


• Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering on promises


• Keen sales acumen

1 year in sales-based customer service or related position

Demonstrably conversational in Spanish

3 years in inside sales or similar position

Fluent in Spanish

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Associate’s degree in business, sales, or related field
