TDAS, a non-profit disability services agency, offers a variety of PART-TIME job opportunities throughout the Triangle and surrounding areas, with current openings in weekday MORNING and AFTERNOON shifts. (We currently do not have evening and weekend shifts available.)
A Direct Support Professional (DSP)* assists individuals with disabilities and autism in daily living activities, personal care, skill development, and community involvement to promote independence and well-being. DSPs are required to complete online documentation in an electronic heath record (EHR) after each shift, and will likely be required to transport participants in the staff's vehicle.

Whether you provide job coaching to someone or are part of the group with day services or supporting independence in the home, you are going to finish the day feeling good about the work you are doing. Our job is to support participants and families by listening, caring, and doing.
