Project Manager We are seeking experienced Project Managers at various levels to support upcoming Triangle opportunities. We are building a team of qualified professionals with demonstrated expertise managing complex civil engineering and construction projects from inception through completion. Experience Areas (candidates with experience in any of the following are encouraged to apply):Marine and port facilitiesTransportation and roadway infrastructureUtility and stormwater systemsBridge and structural rehabilitationEnvironmental compliance and multi-agency coordinationExperience Levels and Requirements: Junior Level (3 years of experience):Assisted in managing small to medium-sized infrastructure projectsCoordination of project documentation and reportingSupport in budget tracking and schedule monitoringExperience working with multidisciplinary teamsBasic understanding of contract administrationMid Level (8 years of experience):Direct management of medium to large-scale infrastructure projectsProven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resourcesStrong stakeholder communication and client relationship managementExperience with contract administration and change order managementDemonstrated success in leading project teams and coordinating with consultants and contractorsSenior Level (15 years of experience):Extensive portfolio of successfully delivered complex infrastructure projectsStrategic project planning and program management capabilitiesExpert-level contract negotiation and risk management skillsLeadership of large multidisciplinary project teamsDemonstrated ability to manage multi-million dollar projectsStrong business development and client relationship expertiseExperience mentoring junior staff and developing project management processesEducation Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field required (minimum).
