Your Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
• Proven supervisory experience in managing behavior technician teams
• Strong clinical skills rooted in practical ABA fieldwork
• Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to ethical practices and serving diverse populations
