TriAg Transport is looking for a hands-on Site Manager to lead operations at our new site just outside Hannibal, Missouri. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop site employees while supporting hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Oversee daily site operations, workflow, productivity, service quality, and customer expectations.
- Promote safe, compliant, efficient work practices and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Ensure facilities, yards, tools, and equipment are organized, maintained, and operating effectively.
What We’re Looking For
- Leadership experience in operations, transportation, logistics, agriculture, maintenance, or a related field.
- Strong communication, coaching, planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Financial awareness and experience managing resources, budgets, or performance metrics.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and operational business systems.
- A growth mindset and passion for developing people and improving processes.
