Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fleet Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle maintenance and repair, with experience in heavy equipment and automotive diagnostics. This role involves working on a variety of vehicles and machinery, ensuring they are safe, reliable, and operating efficiently.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fleet vehicles, including trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical issues using automotive diagnostics tools and schematics.
- Conduct repairs on diesel engines, transmissions, air brakes, hydraulics, suspension systems, and HVAC systems.
- Execute tire service, brake repair, shocks & struts replacement, and alignment services.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed on each vehicle.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks while providing an excellent customer experience.
- Uphold safety standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a mechanic or service technician with a focus on automotive or industrial equipment repair.
- Familiarity with tractor-trailer operations is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for electrical systems and mechanical components.
- Capability to perform heavy lifting as required during maintenance tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with attention to detail in diagnosing issues accurately.

Pay:
- Negotiable and based on experience
