Triad Travel Nursing Agency is seeking a dependable and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a long-term care facility in Stutsman County, North Dakota.
Requirements:
- Active ND RN license (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Must be in good standing with all nursing boards
- Current BLS certification preferred
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care and assessments to residents
- Administer medications, treatments, and physician orders
- Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes promptly
- Obtain and document vital signs, assessments, and care provided
- Coordinate care with CNAs, LPNs, providers, and families
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing support staff as appropriate
- Maintain accurate charting and documentation
- Promote resident safety, comfort, and dignity
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
