Construction Laborer

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting construction projects through physical labor, site preparation, and assisting skilled tradespeople. The ideal candidate will be reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn about the construction industry. Duties

• Assist with site preparation including unloading materials and setting up equipment
• Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving construction materials
• Support skilled tradespeople by holding tools, measuring, and performing basic tasks as directed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by clearing debris and ensuring safety protocols are followed
• Assist with loading and unloading supplies and equipment on-site
• Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear at all times
• Participate in routine inspections of work areas to identify potential hazards

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
• Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential
• Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Basic understanding of safety procedures on construction sites
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license is preferred for transportation to different job sites
