Job Skills / Requirements

Triad Service Solutions is seeking a dependable Overnight Cleaner to clean and maintain professional office buildings during overnight hours.

This position performs routine nightly cleaning of offices, restrooms, breakrooms, conference rooms, lobbies, and other common areas. Some assignments may require employees to travel between multiple nearby buildings during the shift. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to complete assigned work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Clean offices, conference rooms, lobbies, hallways, breakrooms, restrooms, stairways, elevators, and other assigned areas
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors
• Spot clean carpets and upholstered surfaces as needed
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish soap, paper products, and other supplies
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles, replace liners, and transport waste to designated disposal areas
• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces
• Dust and wipe desks, furniture, fixtures, counters, shelving, and other surfaces
• Clean glass doors, windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
• Clean and maintain breakrooms and shared employee spaces
• Clean conference rooms and arrange tables and chairs as needed
• Respond to spills and other cleaning needs
• Maintain custodial closets, equipment, and supplies in a clean and organized condition
• Properly use and care for cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies
• Follow assigned cleaning schedules and complete assigned areas within the shift
• Travel between assigned office buildings when required
• Report maintenance concerns, property damage, safety hazards, or supply needs to management
• Follow established cleaning, safety, security, and building access procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
• Dependable and punctual with consistent attendance
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Able to follow cleaning schedules, instructions, and safety procedures
• Able to manage time and complete assigned work within the scheduled shift
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working overnight hours
• Able to travel between assigned buildings when required
• Bilingual skills are preferred but not required

Physical Requirements

Employees may be required to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive movements
• Push and pull cleaning carts, trash containers, and equipment
• Lift, carry, move, and position up to 40 pounds
• Navigate stairs and varying indoor and outdoor walking surfaces
• Perform cleaning duties requiring frequent movement throughout the shift

Employees must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Work Environment

This position is performed primarily inside office buildings during overnight hours. Some assignments may require travel between nearby buildings and brief outdoor exposure while moving between locations.

Employees may be exposed to cleaning chemicals, moving equipment, wet or slippery surfaces, and other conditions associated with commercial cleaning. Overnight employees may work independently or with limited on-site supervision.
