We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled IT Support Tech to provide comprehensive IT support and technology leadership for manufacturing and office operations. This role serves as the local technology leader, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient IT services while aligning with corporate standards and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

·       Provide Level 1 and Level 2 end-user support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, collaboration technologies, and business applications.

·       Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Windows 10/11, and Windows Server environments.

·       Manage ITSM tickets, incidents, requests, escalations, and vendor coordination.

·       Support local network infrastructure, wireless networks, firewalls, servers, and telecommunications systems.

·       Maintain endpoint lifecycle management, asset inventory, software deployment, and patch compliance.

·       Promote cybersecurity awareness and support vulnerability remediation, audits, and compliance initiatives.

·       Support manufacturing and operational technologies, including production systems and industrial devices.

·       Maintain technical documentation and support business continuity, backup, and disaster recovery processes.

·       Lead and participate in local, regional, and global IT projects.

·       Support IT budgeting, procurement, inventory, and vendor management activities.

·       Travel to regional facilities may be required, not to exceed 25%.

·       May require after-hours and weekend support occasionally.

Required Qualifications

·       Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.

·       3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration/support, or infrastructure support.

·       Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, and Windows technologies.

·       Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, switching, and wireless networking.

·       Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

·       Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and information security principles.
