What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Triad Restoration, Inc.?
We are in search of a Project Manager to manage multiple construction projects. Prefer 3 to 4 years' experience as a project manager or estimator for a general contractor
- Manage projects from start to finish
- Familiar with insurance work (requiring approvals, revisions, supplements, ect..)
- Review and prepare detailed scopes of work, prepare cost estimates
- Establish budget and project schedules
- Proficient with MS Office, Knowledge of Xactimate
- Excellent communication and customer service skills required
- Monitor adherence to labor compliance requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
