Triad Plants is looking for an experienced, motivated, plant-loving professional to fill the final position on our Sales/Account Management team.

Over the last two years, we’ve made significant investments in operations and customer ordering, transforming Triad into a fully optimized, tech-centric fulfillment operation. This integration of plants and technology has driven rapid growth, and we’re excited to bring on a hybrid Account Manager/Sales Representative to help continue our momentum.
In This Role You Will
- Use your passion for plants and mastery of our internal processes to provide outstanding service to our clients and prospects.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with our customers to understand their needs and help them grow their businesses.
- Conduct a high volume of daily outreach (40 calls/day) to maintain and grow our client base.
- Showcase the value of Triad Plants’ offerings to new and existing customers.
What We Are Looking For
- Plant Enthusiasm: A genuine love for plants and functional knowledge of houseplants/tropicals are essential. Industry experience is preferred, but passion can make up for lack of experience.
- Account Management Expertise: Proven ability to build rapport with clients and ask insightful questions to better serve their needs.
- Sales Experience: You’ve successfully cold-called prospects and closed deals. If you lack sales experience, convince us why you’re still the perfect fit.
- Results-Driven Mindset: Ability to meet or exceed daily contact and sales targets.
