This internship supports executive leadership, sales, and coaching functions during the summer. The role is designed for a highly organized, proactive individual who can operate across multiple priorities, handle fast-moving requests, and contribute to team execution.
What Intern Will Learn Upon Completion
The intern will gain exposure to Triad’s sales process, coaching model, and executive operating cadence, including how pipeline, member growth, and internal execution align. They will develop practical skills in prioritization, communication, and cross-functional coordination within a fast-scaling business environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Founder and EA with day-to-day priorities, coordination, and follow-ups
- Assist Sales Team with pipeline tracking, meeting prep, and basic reporting
- Provide support to Coaching Team with scheduling, materials, and session prep
- Partner with Executive Assistant on calendar management, logistics, and internal coordination
- Prepare meeting agendas, capture notes, and track action items
- Help organize internal documents, presentations, and communication materials
- Support special projects and ad hoc requests across teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Clear, concise communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and shift quickly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take initiative
- Summer internship (approx. 10–12 weeks)
- Hybrid/onsite in Lawrence, KS
- Reports to Executive Assistant with direct exposure to executive leadership and cross-functional teams
