About the role

• We are seeking an Operations Coach passionate about transforming how advisory teams run—from workflows and communication rhythms to delegation, team structure, and operational strategy.
• This role is deeply impactful. You will influence hundreds of people across our member firms, helping entrepreneurial founders build businesses that scale and teams that thrive. You will collaborate with world-class coaches, partner with visionary leaders, and contribute to the frameworks, curriculum, and training that define Triad’s operational coaching experience.
• If you love diagnosing problems, building systems, and coaching people toward clarity and efficiency, this is your role.

What you'll do

• Lead 1:1 operational coaching sessions that diagnose breakdowns and create actionable plans.
• Conduct operational audits to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
• Guide firms through workflow design, systems adoption, team structure, and operational maturity.
• Follow up on action steps and ensure accurate documentation of progress.
• Contribute to building operational playbooks, templates, workflows, and curriculum used across the Triad community.
• Develop and deliver training content for HQ Bootcamps, live experiences, Pack Calls, and virtual workshops.
• Collaborate weekly with VPs, Specialists, and Operations to support aligned member coaching.
• Track member milestones, insights, and operational maturity in Salesforce with precision.
• Participate in curriculum enhancement based on member patterns and needs.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• 3–5 years of operations leadership experience.
• Experience coaching, training, or leading teams.
• Proven ability to design and implement operational systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with performance evaluation and workflow design.
• Experience with Salesforce or advisor tech preferred (i.e. Redtail).
