AS OUR LEAD CONSTRUCTION LABORER - FOREMAN:
You will work a Monday - Friday schedule.
This is a hands-on leadership position, where you'll be overseeing a team, managing subcontractors, and completing high-quality work that fully meets our clients' needs. We're not looking for someone to just boss team members around; you need to be able to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty. Responsibilities include:
- Performing quality construction work and supporting successful remodeling projects
- Coordinating with subcontractors to keep projects smooth and seamless
- Tracking and reporting daily job progress
- Purchasing building materials
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:
- 5 years of experience in remodeling construction
- Customer-facing experience
- Technology proficiency
- Ability to provide your own tools
- Ability to perform hands-on work for most of the day
- A valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Reliable transportation
The following preferred qualifications would help you stand out as a candidate:
- 10 years of remodeling experience
- Experience managing subcontractors
- Experience using project management software
