BECOMING OUR CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER
As the Construction Project Manager, your daily engagements unfold with purpose. Dive into a full-time commitment, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5 PM, guiding the residential building process with finesse. Picture yourself collaboratively orchestrating projects, identifying project budgets, recruiting and managing subcontractors, and ensuring that quality and schedule standards dictate every decision. Your routine site visits become a canvas for tracking progress and maintaining a secure residential working environment. From overseeing remodel projects, spanning kitchens to entire houses, to meticulously managing tools, field reports, and schedules-your leadership imprint will define every construction endeavor.
Here's what we need from you:
- 5 years of residential project management experience
- Ability to read project plans and blueprints
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Reside within 20 minutes of Hermosa Beach
Having 10 years of experience managing residential projects is highly desirable but not required. Experience and knowledge of accounting and budgeting systems and practices is a huge plus!
