Key Responsibilities
- Engage warm, existing customers through outbound and inbound outreach, with a focus on policy renewal and other key lifecycle moments.
- Lead consultative sales conversations to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
- Build rapport quickly and guide customers to confident decisions through disciplined follow-up and strong closing skills.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales, retention, and performance targets.
- Track all activity and pipeline accurately within agency systems and CRM tools.
- Maintain full compliance with applicable insurance regulations and internal standards.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of proven sales success, including demonstrated quota attainment.
- A strong closer with a competitive, results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment.
- Coachable, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active insurance license in good standing (strong preference for someone currently licensed)
- Prior insurance sales experience.
- Background in financial services, mortgage, banking, inside sales, or customer retention.
