Job Summary
Excellent part time opportunity! Outpatient ophthalmology surgery.
Part time RN, OR circulator- 8 hours/week, may add additional shifts in future
- Tuesday- 0600-1400
- Closed on all major holidays
Job Overview:
Managing the overall nursing care within an operating room during surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and coordinating with the surgical team by managing supplies and communication:
- Preparing the operating room for surgery, including checking equipment and supplies
- Verifying patient identity and surgical site
- Monitoring patient vital signs during surgery
- Assisting the surgical team by passing instruments and supplies
- Maintaining a sterile field
- Documenting surgical details and complications
- Communicating with the surgical team, patient, and family
Operating Room/Surgery experience preferred, but not required.

Job Requirements:
- Current AR RN license
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills
