Our innovative client is seeking a dynamic Electrical Systems Engineer to join their fast-paced team. In this role, you will lead key aspects of electrical design and development for both existing products and next-generation instruments. You will design analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits for new product development, create schematics, and guide or perform PCB layout.

Key Responsibilities
System Design & Integration: Design analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits; integrate sensors, processors, and electromechanical subsystems into cohesive, high-performance designs.
Prototyping & Testing: Create schematics, guide or perform PCB layout, bring up new boards, run benchtop tests, and iterate rapidly on prototypes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong working relationships with mechanical, optical, software, and operations teams to advance a next-generation instrument toward release.
Production & Lifecycle Support: Deliver improvements to existing products, support production through troubleshooting, and develop test fixtures.
Supply Chain Engineering: Evaluate critical components influencing system architecture, resolve supply chain or component-related constraints, and qualify new vendors.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.
Experience: 3 years of professional experience in electrical engineering or hardware development.
Product Ownership: Proven track record of taking ownership of major electrical subsystems on at least one active product, guiding design efforts through a full development cycle.
Hardware Shipping: Direct experience shipping hardware and a deep understanding of what it takes to bring physical products to market.
Technical Mastery: Demonstrated ability to act as a key problem-solver for complex electrical or system-level challenges.
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
