Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations in our warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of warehouse management processes, including inventory control, logistics, and shipping & receiving. This role requires a proactive approach to process improvement and team management to ensure efficient operations.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational procedures.
- Load trailers for next day deliveries
- Ensure all materials are loaded per BOL
- Operation of overhead crane
- Provide training and support to team members on best practices in materials handling and equipment operation, including forklift use.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Experience
- Proven experience in warehouse management or as a Warehouse Supervisor is essential.
- Strong background in inventory control and logistics within a warehouse setting.
- Mechanical knowledge is advantageous for troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in loading
- Familiarity with hooking up 18 wheeler trailer preferred
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Basic Math Skills are Required

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
