About the Role:
As an Evening Cleaning Technician, you’ll be responsible for keeping our clients’ commercial spaces clean, sanitary, and presentable after business hours. Your work helps create a safe and welcoming environment for the employees and customers who return each day.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning duties such as sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners.
- Sanitize restrooms and restock supplies.
- Wipe down and disinfect high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, countertops, and light switches.
- Maintain supply levels and report when inventory is low.
- Lock up and secure the building when finished. Follow a detailed checklist for each facility to ensure consistent quality.
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a Monday–Friday evening schedule.
- Strong attention to detail with pride in delivering excellent results.
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
- Comfortable with physical work, including bending, lifting, and being on your feet for extended periods.
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person. Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a background check.
