What are the responsibilities and job description for the WELDER-HELIARC / TIG position at Triad Bellows Design and Mfg.?
We are looking for a diligent an experienced TIG welder to join our production team. Ability to weld light gauge stainless steel is a must. Training will be provided to learn the unique techniques in metal bellows expansion joint welding. Key Responsibilities:• Set up and operate specialized leak detection equipment (e.g., pressure decay, bubble testing to inspect expansion joints for leaks.• Document findings clearly and meticulously in production records and reports, ensuring compliance with internal specifications.• Collaborate with engineers, welders, and production staff to repair leaks and defects.• Maintain and calibrate leak detection equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.• Adhere to all safety protocols and quality assurance standards.Qualifications & Skills:• High school diploma or equivalent required; Previous experience is a plus.• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with manufacturing processes.• Experience within a custom manufacturing environment is preferred.
