Position Summary
Provides direct patient care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations, with pediatric care required for some specialty positions. This position uses a variety of physical therapy techniques to restore individuals to maximum functional ability, independence, participation, and freedom from pain. Performs related duties as assigned.
Work Schedule
per diem. 3 qualifying hard to fill shifts per month minimum (weekends, late evenings)

Work Schedule
per diem. 3 qualifying hard to fill shifts per month minimum (weekends, late evenings)
- at least 1 shift per month must be on a weekend
- each qualifying shift must be a minimum of 4 hours
- Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:
- Doctorate, master’s, or bachelor’s degree in physical therapy
- Licensure/ Registration/ Certification:
- Licensed with the Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy
- Recommend experience as a Physical Therapist preferably in a medical setting.
- Recommend membership in related professional organization.
- Proficient with communication and data processing equipment.
- Proficient in clinical equipment related to area of expertise.
- Proficient in organization electronic medical record software.
