About This Role:
Role Overview:Universal Consulting Services (UCS) a subsidiary of Tria Federal (Tria) is seekinga talented Property Systems Analyst!The person in this role will support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division, Corporate Business Office (Code 106).
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Division Deputy BD in providing connectivity between support departments and technical departments for business functions, and supporting strategic planning and execution
- Assist with executive level reporting, coordinate and adjudicate information with stakeholders, and present to the government with adequate analysis and support
- Assist with WAAP package reviews, PPID creation, and work acceptance analysis.
- Assist with analysis of fiscal year plan to actuals reconciliation
- Support efforts and analysis of Technical Capabilities Health Assessment and/or Facilities Health Assessment to include future year demand signal forecasting and knowledge stewardship, and/or ability to be trained in this competency
- Assist the Division Deputy BD by supporting the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) program
- Support Capital Improvement Program (CIP) financial analysis and risk management to include running obligation reports and supporting plan to actual analysis. Assist with stakeholder management and risk assessment/mitigation to on-time acquisition.
- Support PR creation in ERP system for procurement of Capital Investment projects such as ADPE and non-ADPE procurements or ability to learn procurement system.
- Assess Capital Investment project submissions for Capital Investment Review Board to include review/analysis of Economic Analysis/Return on Investment, project execution viability, and alignment of project scope to command strategic priorities.
- Produce Campaign Plan Metrics
- Critical thinker with strong analytical skills
- Great attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced MS Office skills (specifically Excel)
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
The “Nice-to-Have” Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP)
- Experience with work package (WAAP) development and assessment
