Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Construction Equipment Sales Representative for our location in Sacramento, CA. The role involves cultivating and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their equipment needs, and recommending suitable machinery solutions. Responsibilities include generating leads, providing product demonstrations, negotiating sales contracts, and coordinating after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires travel within the territory to develop relationships and close sales, with a focus on hitting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales techniques, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation
- Knowledge of Construction Equipment and familiarity with Industry Standards
- Ability to generate and follow up on business leads and grow the client base
- Strong Communication, Problem-Solving, and Customer Service skills
- Experience with CRM systems and basic computer applications
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory
