What are the responsibilities and job description for the Early Childhood Coach position at Tri-Valley Opportunity Council, Inc?
The Early Childhood Coach is responsible for providing on-going coaching for education staff. Supporting effective teaching strategies in the classroom and home visits that lead to positive outcomes for children within the context of a collaborative relationship with parent/caregiver and child. Provides resources, training and technical assistance as requested in supporting onsite education, disability and mental health services. Helps recruit potential parents by providing information to them about the various program services and benefits offered to enrolled children and families.
