Tri-Valley Opportunity Council, Inc is seeking an experienced and mission-driven leader to serve as Head Start Director. The senior leadership role offers the opportunity to guide high-quality early childhood and family services that make a meaningful difference for children, families, and communities across much of Minnesota and parts of North Dakota.
We are looking for a candidate with direct Head Start experience who understands the importance of strong program operations, compliance, family engagement, and staff leadership. Experience with Migrant and Seasonal Head Start is highly valued and will be considered a strong asset.
The ideal candidate will bring thoughtful leadership, sound judgement, and a collaborative approach to supporting teams, strengthening systems, and advancing program excellence. This position includes multi-site oversight and regular travel. Spanish speaking and writing skills are desirable.

The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $130,110 and includes benefits such as 401k/Roth, PTO accrual, paid holidays, ESST, and employer-paid Life/LTD, with optional benefits available including health, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, Aflac/Colonial Life, and short-term disability.
