What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Support Team - After School position at Tri-Valley, Inc.?
This is a tremendous opportunity for high school students looking for a part-time position while learning new skills in a safe office environment in Dudley, MA. You will assist with a variety of projects and may provide administrative support to various departments as needed. Some examples of work assignments include:
- - Organizing welcome packets and other agency materials for distribution and mailing
- - Updating internal databases
- - Preparing files for scanning while verifying accuracy
- - Other projects as needed
Candidates must be high school students with a valid work permit, must be dependable and organized with an ability to read, write and complete data entry. The ability to maintain confidentiality is required.
Hours available are after school through 5 p.m. - Monday through Friday. Candidates do not need to be available all 5 days.
This position is funded in part by the United Way and DESE-ASOST.
