Tri-Township Jr-Sr High School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Varsity Softball Coach to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching softball, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for developing student-athletes both on and off the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and conduct practice sessions for our High School Program.
- Develop game strategies and conduct pre-game and post-game analysis.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
- Mentor and support student-athletes in their academic and athletic development.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant rules and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school administration.
Qualifications (Recommended):
- Previous coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level.
- Strong knowledge of softball techniques, rules, and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate student-athletes.
- Commitment to the academic success and personal growth of players.
