The File Clerk is responsible for organizing, maintaining and managing both physical and digital documents within the organization. Seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual. Data entry experience a must.
Flexible hours (20 hours per week; 4 hours per day)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize and archive records and documents.
- Retrieve files for other departments and personnel.
- Use alphabetical and numerical systems to organize paper and/or electronic records documents.
- Update filing, organizational and storage systems for data and documents as needed.
- Secure and protects the privacy of documents.
