What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kit Assembler position at Tri-Tech Forensics, Inc.?
Responsibilities:
- Place components into appropriate final packaging, following oral or written direction from Line Lead, Team Lead or Supervisors
- Fold and place labels on various shaped packages
- Troubleshoot issues and report defects to supervisor (Line Lead, Team Lead or Supervisor)
- Perform quality control, follow reporting and recordkeeping procedures, and report problems to supervisor
- Comply with all safety and health regulations
- maintain cleanliness in work area
- other duties as assigned by Supervisors
Qualifications:
- Must be detail-oriented
- Understanding of production and plant processes
- Analytical and numerical skills: ability to perform mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide) in different units of measurement
- Good dexterity to manipulate and place labels/items as needed into appropriate positions
- Ability to sort, segregate and count in numerical order
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to lift moderate/heavy weights, to bend, and to stand or walk for long periods of time
Job Type: Full-time
