Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential , short term rentals or office buildings, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces and surface sanitization to ensure a spotless environment
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to uphold hygiene standards
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items efficiently
- Manage outdoor work responsibilities like patio or porch cleaning and outdoor surface maintenance when required
- Conduct detailed cleaning of surfaces, appliances, fixtures, and furniture to remove dust, dirt, and grime
- Safely perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks for moving furniture or large items while adhering to safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies inventory, ensuring proper storage of cleaning equipment and supplies
- Follow all janitorial and custodial procedures to ensure consistent quality across all assigned tasks
Experience
- Prior experience in residential, short term rentals and office cleanings is highly preferred; hotel housekeeping experience is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining high-quality work standards
- Experience with outdoor work tasks or outdoor surface maintenance is advantageous
