Position Summary
The Truck Lot Manager is responsible for maintaining the organization, cleanliness, and overall appearance of the dealership/truck yard. This role ensures trucks are properly parked, fueled, cleaned, and ready for display, delivery, or service.
Key Responsibilities
- Move and park trucks safely around the lot and service areas
- Organize inventory according to company standards
- Wash, detail, and clean trucks as needed
- Inspect trucks for damage or maintenance issues
- Fuel vehicles when necessary
- Maintain lot cleanliness (trash removal, snow removal, sweeping, etc.)
- Assist sales and service departments as needed
- Prepare trucks for customer pickup or delivery
- Install basic items such as license plates or decals
- Follow all safety procedures while operating vehicles
- Replace and or charge batteries
- Utilize Code reader to identify check engine lights for potential reapair and or for warranties
Requirements
- Valid driver’s- CDL license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions
- Ability to drive large trucks safely
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs
- Team player with good communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working at a dealership or truck yard
- Basic mechanical knowledge

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
